Each EHC promo is hosted through BookFunnel, where readers can safely download, sample, or purchase participating titles. Authors join directly via the BookFunnel Promo Board, under EH Creative Studio, and contribute by sharing the campaign across their newsletters and socials.

EHC promotions are collaborative — every author helps amplify reach, and in return, each book benefits from the collective audience of the group.

How it works:



Join a promo on Bookfunnel:

  • Browse active EHC promos on the BookFunnel Promo Board.
  • Submit your book under the theme or genre that fits your story best.
  • Promote & Share
    • Before the Promo goes live, you’ll receive the promo link and visuals (Provided by us) to share with your readers.
    • All participating authors promote the event during its cycle, creating organic, network-based visibility.
  • Your Book on the EHC Site
    • Every active promo is featured on the EHC website with your cover, title, and direct BookFunnel link (CTA buttons lead to your BookFunnel landing page).
    • When the promo ends, it moves to our Promo Archive, where readers can continue discovering your book for months — or even up to a year after the promo ends.
  • Ongoing Exposure
    • Promos are also shared with EHC’s growing mailing list of engaged readers and authors.
    • New opportunities, featured themes, and curated genre calls are announced via the BookFunnel Promo Board as well as our EHC Author Newsletter.

Reader’s Choice & Author with Heart Highlights:

  • After each promo cycle, EHC features the Reader’s Choice book from each promo — the cover that received the most clicks during that cycle.
    When there’s a tie, multiple books may be featured. These are displayed on the EHC Home Page for the next 15 days, with links leading directly to each book’s BookFunnel landing page.
  • The Author with Heart spotlight highlights the author from each promo cycle who showed exceptional community spirit — through social engagement, support, or creative sharing. These are also displayed on the EHC Home Page for the next 15 days — with links to their most active social profile, inviting readers to follow, connect, and say hello.
